SCULPTING W6
So today in sculpting class we used the aperture stand, we studied the skeleton structure of the sculpture we had designed on paper the last class, once our skeleton structure of wires(wireframe drawing) was approved we started working on the aperture stand. We learnt how to hammer nails in a particular way so that the skeleton wires stay firm at the foundation and dont move. With the help of binding wires we made the whole skeleton more sturdier and stiff.
Post wire frame I started adding a little volume to it with the help of paper, once I had a basic shape formed I started making it more concrete with the help of masking tape.
Next class I'll be doing another layer of adding volume with the help of aluminium foil, for further updates, stay tuned:)
