So today we were introduced to a new subject which is Production Management, our faculty for this subject too is Tony Sir. Sir shared some slide notes from his book “The Art Of Animation Production Management” and took us through the journey of the making, how he got inspired, how some girl instigated this thought in his mind and how his knowledge from all the practical, hands on experience work got him to write a book! We discussed many aspects of production management and how it doesn’t add on to any of the badges that one carries but just safeguards one in the industry. We also discussed and learned of how our opinions should always be a choice or an option given to the client and we must always try to deliver what we are asked to. So today we discussed mainly about everyone's writing forms, tried to understand unique styles that one used while writing and while doing so what makes it more interactive. Sir showed us examples of  everyone's writing and he helped us understand what went wrong and what could possibly be improved. Post reviewing blogs we were told to make the changes and exchange our blogs with someone else's and then learn and grow together, this is the mutual learning that happens via blog and I feel this will always help us in a longer run to express to the public in better ways and make a connect in a very subtle manner. I helped few of my batch mates with their corrections and went through more than 4 blogs to understand different styles of writing and expressing that people have got.  That was all for today, stay tuned for further updates:)

31.07.2019 , So today in drawing foundation class we learnt about the basic elements that are present in a visual art, further we discussed their applications, Sir showed us a few examples of how these elements were used in photography, we then discussed the principles used in the process of creating a visual or concept art. It was interactive and I found it much easier to understand all the principles and elements with the help of the examples that were shown, also when we were performing an exercise, images helped me memories the term and concept is a much efficient way. We studied quickly a little about colour theory and in probably next class we will dive deep into it. Post theory and all of the learning matter, we did an exercise which was pretty cool! We were supposed to give each sketch five minutes and try to show or depict the words meaning into it. DRAWING FOUNDATION WEEK 1, 30.07.2019 So today we had a class with Akash Sir on Drawing Foundation. Post introduction Sir showed few of his works and they were AMAZING! The amount of time he had put in for those sketches was unbelievable. He showed us presentation and it showcased a lot of his college work which again were too inspiring. We then started by simply drawing straight lines, circles and then ellipses. He also showed us the right way to sketch few forms and shapes in the right manner. Sir showed us a demo on designing and sketching a helmet in merely 5 minutes. He helped us understand the time division and importance of thumbnails and basic rough sketches. FILM STUDIES WEEK 1, 30.0.2019,  Today's subject was Film Studies and Jitendra Sir conducts this class. After speaking a little about movies and the assignments that were given before, sir asked us to think of one film that we think he might have not seen yet, and then try to convince him and recommend the movie, it was a task to think of a movie, cause everytime I thought of one, I had thoughts of another one. At the end I chose Kiminonawa to be the film I’d like to recommend, then sir asked us to question ourselves, what made me choose that film? Where did I first watch it? Why am I recommending? How did I find it to be? We discussed many movies and learned from one another's mistakes. Day 1, 29th July So today was the first day of college, both the lectures scheduled were of Visual Story. Our faculty for this subject is Tony Singh Sir. The first day went really well and we actually stretched the lecture more than the class timings too, so you can guess for yourself:) Post introduction sir started pointing out different key points that would help us run the whole year smoothly and would help us work efficiently, the very first one in the list was so relatable, 1.Keep your stomach full, 2.Mouth shut, 3.Just keep absorbing!  The reason why I said relatable was because I often take my food time table quite leniently while working, and which very obviously leads to poor health which then doesn't allow me to work in return, this year im gonna make sure I eat on time.
